Step 1. Heat 2.5 cups of water over medium heat until it's boiling.
Step 2. Add the noodles & cook them until done. (Follow the packet's instructions for the exact boiling time).
Step 3. Once the noodles are cooked, lower your heat. Then, add your cheese & butter.
Step 4. Stir to combine until the cheese melts.
Step 5. Top with finely chopped chives & sesame oil.
Step 6. Serve it in a traditional Japanese bowl.
